Cake in a cup, made to make you smile

The Bolo Factory started with a simple idea: take everything good about a great slice of cake, real cake, real cream, no shortcuts, and build it layer by layer in a cup, so every bite has the same perfect ratio of cake to cream.

We keep it to four flavors done properly rather than a huge menu done halfway: Chocolate, Vanilla, Oreo, and Red Velvet, in two sizes, made fresh in small batches. Scoop, smile, repeat.

We care about where our ingredients come from and try to keep our footprint small, from sourcing to packaging.

Our mission is simple: make cake in a cup worth putting down your phone for, using real ingredients, and treat every order, whether it's one cup or a hundred, the same way.
